Welcome to Hairstyle.Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using Hairstyle.Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the service.

1. Definitions

"Service" refers to the Hairstyle.Studio website and the hairstyle visualization services provided by Hairstyle.Studio.

"User" refers to the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

"Content" refers to all visual, textual, or interactive content encountered on the Service, including but not limited to images, text, graphics, photos, designs, and computer code.

2. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

3. Subscription and Payment

Hairstyle.Studio offers both free and paid subscription plans. By selecting a paid subscription, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated for that service. Payments will be charged on the day you sign up for a paid subscription and will cover the use of that service for the subscription period indicated.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in our refund policy. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first week, contact our support team for a full refund. However, refunds are not provided if you've generated more than 10 images (exceeding the free plan limit).

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. Any subscription fee changes will be communicated to you in advance and will not affect your current subscription period.

4. User Content

Our Service allows you to upload, store, and process images ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content. By uploading User Content to the Service, you grant Hairstyle.Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and have the right to grant the license described above.
  • Your User Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content from the Service at our discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including if we believe that such content violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Hairstyle.Studio and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

The hairstyle previews generated with your photos are for personal use only. You can share them with friends, family, or your hairstylist, but using them for commercial purposes, advertising, or reselling is not permitted under these Terms.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Hairstyle.Studio, a Hairstyle.Studio employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm Hairstyle.Studio or users of the Service or expose them to liability.
  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hairstyle.Studio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any content obtained from the Service; and
  • Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Hairstyle.Studio does not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
